KRD系列转动惯量测量台

转动惯量测量台主要测量试件的轴向转动惯量(×)和径向转动惯量(Iy或者Iz)。径向转动惯量的测量采用扭摆测量原理,试件安装轴和测量台摆动轴相互平行,通过测量扭摆系统在空载和加载情况下的自由摆动周期来计算的。对于较长的不能竖直安装试件,轴向转动惯量的测量采用试件横滚的方式,通过测量系统横滚周期计算试件的转动惯量。

测量系统特点:

预扭可以采用电机驱动方式,具有自动偏转和释放的功能,操作简单、方便;

电机预扭和横滚均设计了限位机构,到位后会自动停止,避免误操作可能对设备造成的损坏,提高了操作安全性;

转动惯量测量平台不需要调平,可以直接安装在普通地面上,使用移动方便;

采用高速响应光电传感器测量系统的频率,测量精度高,重复性好;

设计了专用的自动标定装置(系列标准件),可以进行系统的在线标定;

测量范围和测量精度有关,如果y测量精度为±0.3%,测量台能够测量最大和最小转动惯量的比不大于10;如果测量精度为±05%,测量台能够测量最大和最小转动惯量的比不大于20倍;x也类似,如果测量精度为±1%, 测量台能够测量最大和最小转动惯量的比不大于10倍;

为了减小占用场地,径向转动惯量测量和轴向转动惯量测量可以设计为一体;

安装一套夹具,KRD300测量台可以测量惯性积和细长体的惯性主轴夹角;

500kg以下负载可以采用气浮式转动惯量台,测量精度0.1%,最大和最小转动惯量的比可达20倍。

测控系统:

测控系统包括工控机(或商业计算机)、打印机、测控箱,测控系统安装在同一个控制柜中方便移动和操作。

系统测量软件分为两个独立的部分一质量质心测量软件和转动惯量测量软件,两者可以组合在一起。

系统测量软件在 Windows操作系统下,采用 Labwindows开发平台研制,具有界面友好、操作方便、系统可靠等优点。

measuring range is related to the measurement accuracy. If the y measurement accuracy is 0.3, the measuring table can measure the ratio of maximum and minimum moment of inertia not more than 10 times; if the measurement accuracy is±0.05, the measuring table can measure the ratio of maximum and minimum moment of inertia not more than 20 times; measurement accuracy is 1, the ratio of maximum and minimum moment of inertia can be measured not more than 10 times;

in order to reduce the occupation of the site, radial moment of inertia measurement and axial moment of inertia measurement can be designed as a whole;

installation of a fixture, krd300 the measuring table can measure the inertia product and slender body inertia spindle angle;

The air floating moment of inertia table can be used for the load below 500 kg. When the measuring accuracy is 0.1, the ratio of maximum and minimum moment of inertia can reach 20 times.

Measurement and control system:

The measurement and control system includes industrial control computer (or commercial computer)printer, measurement and control boxand the measurement and control system is installed in the same control cabinet to facilitate movement and operation

The system measurement software is divided into two independent parts-mass centroid measurement software and moment of inertia measurement softwarewhich can be combined together.

Under the windows operating systemthe system measurement software is developed by labwindows development platformwhich has the advantages of friendly interface, convenient operation and reliable system
